I ordered several items (ie., EZ Windshield Wipe, Zagg wireless Kybd, ProLift Z-Creeper, and others), on **Nov****. I did not receive the confirmation email promised, I waited for email for over an hour. As it was late, I decided to wait until the next morning. I received an email from Groupon at **:**AM (ET) on **Nov****. The email that I received was for one item only, the "Masterplug Storage Reel, Order ***********. I received no email confirmation on other items I had ordered. I was, however able to find a page on the MyGroupon website, of items I had ordered with their individual order numbers*information. In addition to these items, there was an item I did not order, the "Samsung Galaxy S*, Order ***********. I do not want the Samsung GS* phone, I also do not want the hassle of having to return it. No matter how easy it may be to process a return item. I have tried to contact Groupon to cancel this item, but the only phone number, *.***.***.****, I located customer service personnel do no answer the phone. May be you should revamp your customer service personnel and* or the entire department. One other thing I noticed while trying to contact customer support was, every time I tried to click on the link for customer support, the page would default to a page that stated, "*missing en*US 'js.modules.web*****.customer*support' translation*. It never indicated a way to contact customer support. Every time i tried to contact customer support, it would default to the web page mentioned above, at least from my computer. I had to use a friends computer to inform you of the problems I am having with the Groupon website.
