I purchased a Groupon for spa services and when I got there, they charged me an extra $**. It is for two visits so that will be an extra charge of $** total. I sent Groupon a copy of the charge card statement where it shows the extra charge. They credited my account for $**, which is $** short of the $** that I'm going to be over charged. I already paid $** of that. When I go back the second time, I have to pay the other $**. Truth is, I don't feel comfortable even going there. I'm wondering if I can get a refund for half of what I paid for the Groupon plus the over charge of $**. It was for ocean Day Spa in Bethel Connecticut. The chat ID number is ******************. I would love to have someone call me so I can discuss it in person. My phone number is ***-***-****.
