Hello Support,**I'm very disappointed with this K-* groupon. That my party visited it on *****.***. Description misalignment:*We've bought Groupons for the entire group for the birthday party.*The name of the Groupon: "K* Racing Package for Two* Valid Any Day"*Please, note, it explicitly states "Valid Any Day"*Once our group has arrived, our Groupons were not accepted.*And it turned out that in the "fine print" it was stated:*"Not valid on November ** - November **" **We had * people in the group and none of them expected such controversy in the fine print.*All Groupons for * people have turned out to be useless, and we had to pay for the races again.***. K* service is not Groupon worthy*Firstly, I couldn't book an event for the group. Nobody have picked up the phone * days in a row neither responded my voice mail.*As a result, our group had to wait for about * hours, because we couldn't do the group reservation.***% arcade machines were out of order and we've got stuck there with no option to do anything and no Race start time**I need an immediate refund**Thanks,*Alex
