Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I then took my dog to the best Friends Pet Hospital. When I arrived I told them about the groupon and that I will be using it for the visit that day. They then went ahead and gave me services not included in the groupon and left me under the impression that they were covered in it. After my appointment was done they told me I owed them $** for other services that they gave my dog. I then told them that I had mentioned to the nurse I had the groupon and that She never told me the other services were not included in it. The Groupon was for an exam and flu vaccine. They didn’t even give me the flu vaccine which is apart of the groupon. The worker then took my phone and redeemed the groupon when they didn’t even give me the services on it and made me pay extra for the services they tricked me into believing was covered under the groupon. I really would like a refund on this order. I didn’t even receive the services and had to pay extra for soemthing I wouldn’t have gotten it I knew I had to pay them.
GetHuman-larakasp did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
