I purchased a oil change in October and have some concerns. First I was charged an additional $*.** from the merchant, then the merchant tried to hard sell me services I knew I didn't need which I decided. However, a few days I began to smell something like my car was leaking one of the fluids and also my tire maintenance light also came on. I took my car back to the merchant and was told the light was just the sensor that can be set and no problem with my tires, which were only about * months old. As for the smell that too wasn't a problem. The person that originally waited on me wasn't there, but the man that waited on me when I returned told me he would follow up and to expect a call from the owner, it's been * weeks and no phone call. The smell was a clip that I had been loosen which my regular mechanic check a few days ago and repaired $**.**. Also, I have to take back to my mechanic for the breaks, which I had done in January that the other place tried to sell me a break job. I had zero problems till I had the oil change? I know you can't do anything about the things I believe were tampered with, but I would like to get my $*.** back I had to pay. If I didn't have the Groupon the cost would have been the same, also as a company I would drop the merchant since I not sure if I would use Groupon again cause having additional repair bills in no bargain!
