I purchased a groupon for the Trenton Times to be delivered for * months on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I am aware that you must cancel after that time or delivery would continue and I would be responsible for the cost. I have tried at least ** times since the beginning of September to contact the Trenton Times. A message states that there are no customer service representatives to answer the call and to use email. Customers are not able to leave a message. I have also tried by entering my phone number and home address on their email. The response was to contact customer service! I also sent a text message as this method was recommended on one of the voice messages when I called the main number. I tried to do that on September **st & received a text message back stating they are experiencing technical difficulties. I am getting very frustrated and have run out of options. I DO NOT want to continue newspaper delivery. Please assist me in this matter. I would have never purchased a groupon for this if I knew this was going to be such a problem and so time consuming.
