Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-karey_w's own words
I would like a refund for the company “balance beam consulting” that I paid $**.** for a foot and head message. The woman ( sherry) never answers the phone and it’s impossible to book an appointment to use my groupon. I have left messages about my groupon and she responds * days later telling my the only appointment she has is * weeks from now and at the location I’m not able to get to after I specified the location I wanted. She asked me to text her back to avoid playing telephone tag and at the end of her long rambling message about fitting me in “possibly “ for July **st told me to reach her by phone!! I text her and haven’t heard a response yet, that was * hours ago. It’s a constant game and I feel she doesn’t want to honour my groupon. She a flake and I want my money back so I can use it elsewhere!!
