The issue in GetHuman-brandeen's own words
Actually, my Groupon account is associated with an old email address as well as an old phone number, so I am unable to retrieve my purchased Groupon. When I made the purchase * days ago for the Groupon at uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl in Tacoma Washington, for some reason Groupon sent the coupon to my old email address even though the email address associated with the Groupon messages I receive comes to the correct email address. So I am confused why that took place, why would they send a coupon to a previous email address but send the new Groupon alerts to my new email address? At any rate, I made the purchase for Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl so I am trusting Groupon to send that purchased Groupon to my new email address.*Marjie Brandeen*B*****@***.com*(***) ***-****
