The first few times I intended to schedule an appointment, nobody from the salon answered. Weeks later once I was finally able to get a response, they scheduled me for the haircut I requested @ **am and mistakenly scheduled a hair color change as well. On top of this, the name of the plaza I was told the salon was located in over the phone, was *nmiles away from the actual salon itself. When I got to my appointment, the staff was very rude and the person I spoke to on the phone insisted that I scheduled a highlight. We had a very clear understanding over the phone which is why I was so taken back by the disrepect. They told me to return hours later because their only stylist was occupied so I kindly rescheduled for their next opening which is not for another week. I would kindly like to request a refund for this salon Groupon due to the inconvenience and disrespect.
