I am traveling from Washington DC to Memphis with transfers in Raleigh, NC and Nashville, TN. My bus to Raleigh is already late, and the one from Raleigh to North Carolina is delayed by approximately one hour. Consequently, it seems impossible to catch my final transfer in Nashville. Our next stop is in Richmond, VA where we need to reboard. I have found another bus going from Richmond to Nashville, which will arrive on time for my last transfer. I am attempting to determine if it is possible to switch to this bus. I am currently waiting in line to speak with customer service. Unfortunately, I have been waiting without any success in reaching a representative.

While the customer service team did their best to assist me, I encountered a $20 price difference in my ticket. Originally, I was scheduled to depart from Gainesville, GA to Atlanta on Saturday, March 11th at 10:25. Due to a delayed bus to Gainesville, I would miss my connection in Atlanta. After about 3 hours, I managed to change my ticket to Monday night but noticed the new ticket was $20 cheaper. This situation caused me to miss an important funeral in Indianapolis on Sunday. I felt frustrated as I perceived this as a penalty for the company's shortcomings. The customer service number provided directed me to FlixBus, then to Greyhound, resulting in a lengthy wait without clear answers. The overall experience was chaotic, and I am unhappy with the service. Additionally, the Atlanta bus station was unpleasant with rude staff and safety concerns. I seek a refund for the price difference and wish to know how the company plans to compensate me for missing the funeral. The logistical challenges encountered should not impact paying customers.

I bought a ticket for my son online and provided him with the booking number. He traveled to Rapid City with the printed ticket, but the staff issued him the wrong ticket, and now he's stranded in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have been unable to reach anyone at Jefferson Lines to resolve this issue. The bus station refuses to let him in without a valid ticket. This is an emergency situation as he has no money, nowhere to stay, and no means of getting help. Please contact us urgently. Thank you.

I need help with my travel from Orlando, FL to Dayton, OH. My bus in Atlanta was over an hour late, causing me to miss my connection. I tried calling a corporate number but got put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. When I tried again, I was on hold even longer before another disconnect. The online portal wouldn't allow me to transfer my booking, and the Atlanta terminal staff couldn't assist me. Now, my only choice seems to be purchasing another costly bus ticket that departs so late I will miss my arrival time in Dayton.

I made a booking for transportation on February 27, [redacted], at 5:15 am from Junction City, KS to Topeka, KS. I specifically requested a particular seat. However, the bus was over an hour late. Upon boarding, I found another passenger in my designated seat. I raised this issue with your representative who explained that the previous driver was new and had not followed the correct procedures. To address the seating mix-up, your agent informed all passengers not in their allotted seats to relocate. This led to some passengers becoming confrontational. Unfortunately, despite my request, I did not get the seat I had selected. The delay caused by the late bus resulted in me missing my medical appointment.

My son and his cousin were at Greyhound to catch the bus. They asked a Greyhound worker for the bus location, but they were given the wrong information. I believe Greyhound should take responsibility for this error as I've already paid for the ticket. Now, my son is stranded in a new city, and I need to arrange for his return. Two witnesses heard the incorrect directions given by the Greyhound worker. Greyhound must rectify this situation promptly.

Hello, I traveled on Greyhound years ago as a child, but recently had a concerning experience with a security guard. Despite being peaceful, I was attacked and provoked by the guard, leading to physical harm. The security footage will confirm I did not start any altercation. I am seeking reimbursement for medical bills, damages, and the value of a stolen item. Additionally, I experienced a decrease in work opportunities after the incident. I urge Greyhound to address this promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I inadvertently bought a Greyhound ticket without considering that it wouldn't work for my return time. I specifically asked the cashier if the ticket was valid for any time the next day, and she assured me it was. However, upon checking, I realized the next day's bus only departed at 11 am, which didn't suit my schedule. The cashier advised me to contact Greyhound for a refund. Despite multiple tries entering my details into the system, I haven't been successful in obtaining the refund. I'm seeking guidance on the steps I should follow to receive the refund.

I left a message last night because I am being stalked by one of your employees. It is crucial that you compensate me for this situation promptly. I have a gun and a knife, and I am ready to defend myself using any necessary means. I have evidence of all the incidents on camera and will take legal action. My priority is self-defense, and I will protect my life at all costs, even if it means using lethal force. I have faced attacks before, and I am prepared to defend myself with lethal force if needed. Every aspect of my life is valuable, and I will not hesitate to take action against those who threaten it.

I attempted to visit my mother in Oregon, purchasing a ticket paid with cash to my friend John's credit card. I arrived at Dierdon Station for the 5:20 am bus departure. The Greyhound staff directed us to board the bus promptly. Upon waking during a stop, I realized we were in Oakland, not part of my original itinerary, enduring a 5 1/2-hour layover at a rain-soaked bus bench. Frustrated and with limited time due to running two businesses, I opted to find my own way home via public transport. This unexpected journey left me unable to visit my 78-year-old mother as planned. Requesting a full refund for the disrupted round trip from San Jose to Oregon due to errors beyond my control. I am Robert F. Shea at [redacted] El Caminito Ave., Campbell, CA [redacted]. Contact me at [redacted]. Seeking resolution after being unable to get through to Greyhound's customer service. Thank you, Robert F. Shea

Yesterday, I arrived in Pittsburgh on my flight. Upon arriving at 10:20 a.m., the bus driver in Wheeling, West Virginia made me crawl up and off the bus. With only one leg due to a recent surgery, I felt humiliated as everyone stared. The bus driver even mentioned putting on gloves to avoid touching my wheelchair, assuming it was dirty. I believe I should be compensated for my bus ticket and the humiliation I experienced. I already spoke to one customer service representative who had trouble understanding English. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I took a bus from N Hollywood, CA with a transfer in Sacramento, CA. Upon reaching Sacramento, I realized my bag was missing. The only similar bag belonged to someone else. The bus driver identified the passenger that might have my bag, so I left my contact information with them. They mentioned they would call if the bag was returned and would put it on the bus to my final stop in Sparks, NV. The person who mistakenly took my bag called me after trying to return it but was told her bag was not there. An employee was very rude and continuously called her Karen, despite being corrected. I never received a call from Greyhound stating they found my bag, and I am unable to reach anyone at the stations or elsewhere for any updates on my bag's whereabouts.

I have been in communication with James, who arranged all my tickets and transportation. However, upon arrival in Detroit, Michigan today, I discovered that my tickets were no longer valid. Someone mentioned they had been refunded, but I was on the bus, so why would they be refunded? I am currently stranded in Detroit with no assistance or solution provided. I paid $[redacted] for my ticket and I am requesting $[redacted] for the inconvenience. I should have reached Washington by now instead of being stuck here. I had to arrange for another ride out of my own pocket, deducting from the $[redacted] I expect to receive promptly in my bank account. Failure to do so will lead to legal action.

I have been waiting for assistance with my walker due to a cracked hip, but no one has helped me with my luggage. I requested help 10 days ago when I first spoke with James. I expect compensation of $[redacted], or I will pursue legal action for the lack of service I received. I question why I am being charged for a second ticket when I already paid for the first one. This issue needs urgent attention, and I expect to hear from you by tomorrow, regardless of the day.

I departed from San Diego heading to Detroit at 9:00 am on March 20, [redacted], to attend my mother's funeral on March 23, [redacted], at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, I only arrived in Detroit on Thursday, March 23, at 3:10 pm, causing me to miss the funeral. The bus journey was difficult, with a pit bull on board. Due to my granddaughter's panic attack, I had to fly her back to San Diego. The bus was delayed by 2 to 4 hours at some stops, forcing me to take a train from LA to San Diego as I was informed incorrectly about the bus being delayed. This led to missing the bus and taking the train instead. The trip was distressing, missing my mother's funeral. The bus drivers did not enforce rules consistently, and there were multiple large dogs on the bus. The bathroom had a bad smell, and the Greyhound employees were unhelpful and rude on the phone. I am seeking a full refund for the Greyhound tickets totaling $[redacted].32, the one-way airline ticket, and the three train tickets as I cope with my loss amid this terrible bus journey.

The bus stopped for about 10 minutes at an unplanned location, where passengers were allowed to smoke or step off the bus. I went to use the restroom because the onboard one was very dirty. When I came out, the bus had already left without checking if everyone was on board. No signal was given despite there being 2 minutes left. All my belongings, including my laptop, phone, documents, and money, were left behind because I only went to the bathroom and didn't expect this to happen. Since leaving Houston, my trip has been plagued with issues. The first bus I took left two hours late, and upon arrival in Austin, I was told the bus to Dallas hadn't arrived yet. I waited for 4 hours, and my schedule was changed. Everything has been going wrong, and I demand a refund as I paid nearly $[redacted] and was stranded.

My son was released from prison in Texas and is on his way to a halfway house in Boise, Idaho. Unfortunately, he has already missed one bus connection due to delays. The bus left Denver two hours late, causing him to worry about missing his next connection in Salt Lake City. It's crucial for the schedule to be maintained, especially after being released from prison. I am hoping for some information on alternative buses to Boise or how they plan to assist him at the next stop. Thank you, Karen Bradford

On Friday, April 14th, I was on a bus from Denver to Pueblo. Unfortunately, the bus driver was three hours late and behaved rudely. At our first rest stop in Colorado Springs, he departed earlier than expected, leaving me behind with all my belongings. My phone tracker shows my items are now in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have been trying to reach out for assistance, but have only faced delays and excuses from customer service. I filled out a form for lost baggage online, but they have not been helpful or responsive. I am desperately seeking help to recover my belongings, including my ID, purse, carry-on bag, and luggage. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
