A friend of mine ordered me a greyhound bus ticket for * or *:**pm this last evening but it was a spur of the moment decision so i just didn't have enough time for everything i needed to do before it was time to head to the station! I tried the regular customer service phone number but no one answered either time so i looked up greyhound's tech support * online or through your website. Then, i called and was pretty soon connected with someone that informed me that my friend had mispelled my last name so she asked me the correct & proceeded to get that changed! After that we changed the departure time*trip to *:**am this morning from Denver to Bald ****, AR. Finally, when i came home i tried to search for my ticket buy going to the retrieve ticket button on the greyhound website but to NO AVAIL UNFORTUNATELY! I have had good luck with your website before so i thought i would see if you all *Holder could help once *i **f more? I would hope you could find out if i have a ticket for sure by giving them my name: Heather Holder & my confirmation number too please?i would like
