I buy a round trip from Harlingen Tx. to Dallas Tx. It cost $***.** I paid with Debit Card The ticket was for Lupe P. Delgado. HE could not make it to the bus because he got sick. O.k.When I buy the ticket the employer at the bus station never told me . that the ticket was nonrefundable. .I am a senior ** yrs I can not loose that money . I have to pay my bills Please have mercy ,with me . I do not think it right for me loose my money that way.You should return the whole $***.** back Because the trip was never made to Dallas That is being honest. You would not loose .Because there are lots of new customers that will ride The Greyhound Buses ( Right)
