Complaint ********Tracer **********I took a trip from tampa, fl to pueblo, co on *******. I checked in * bags (one duffel, one suitcase - both with wheels). Attached to the handles are tags with my name and phone number as well as "go bolts" mini banners in white with green letters.**I have been calling for over a week trying to locate my bags and I feel I am being given the run around. It does not take over a week to lovate missing bags - bags your employees lost by telling me not to worry about removing them from the bus during transfers because they make sure bags follow their owners. If that was the case, I would have my bags. Also, if employees were actually searching for the bags, they would have found them by now! This is ridiculous. Customer service is atrocious. **I was told by an employee * days ago that since my bags have not arrived that they are most likely at the dallas warehouse for lost luggage but in order to get anyone to actually look for the bags, I would need to file a claim.**So which is the truth? ** hours and daily employees have been looking, so I have been told and no one has found them OR file the claim to actually make employees search. I believe it is the latter. **These bags contain every piece of clothing I own as well as an xbox * which I am certain an employee would steal and I would know by calling microsoft. I would greatly appreciate it if someone actually went to the dallas warehouse to locate my bags and send them to me as this is the most time consuming event to have to deal with. I have reached out to social media as well as news reporting sites as of this morning. I am hoping someone will assist me in locating my bags rather than give me the run around.
