I am currently at the greyhound bus station in Cleveland Ohio. My bus was scheduled to leave here at *:**am. At *:**am I was informed that the driver they had scheduled to drive to Pittsburgh was not supposed to be on the schedule so they do not have a drive to take us to our destination! I have to work in the morning and I am very upset by the fact that I’ve paid my hard earned money to get to where I need to be only to be informed that they don’t have a driver! This is unexceptable and very unprofessional! My jon is on the line here. This cancellation is not due to any weather problems or anything it’s because you guys don’t have a driver! I want a refund and I want someone from greyhound to contact me as soon as possible. I am not from this city and I don’t know anyone here I have no where to stay and I don’t have anything to eat, and I will not except this at all! I spend lots of money with greyhound monthly!
