I was told I would be issued a refund for the Greyhound trip I took after the bus driver refused to let me onto the bus after a stop. The bus was apparently "oversold" and the driver did not let * of us back on the bus. I had items on the bus as well. The agent at the station rebooked me and gave me a reference number to call for a refund of the trip.
GetHuman-ejlewis did not yet indicate what Greyhound should do to make this right.
