Hello,*I am just writing to let you know of a recent experience I had with greyhound. I’ve used greyhound many times in the past and have never had any bad experiences. But today, today was completely different. I had purchased a ticket for a trip from Bakersfield, Ca to San Diego. While I bgot to the bus terminal in Bakersfield in time at *:** for my departure at *:** but my bus however did not make it. When a bus showed up that could take us it only had room for seven of us. So we had to wait for the next one that was supposedly ** mins away. When the second bus arrived it was five till five pm. So that put getting to L.A. late which means I had to get on another bus. So I get off the bus in L.A. and go to the counter and I’ll be honest I wasn’t sure where to go, for I haven’t had the experience before. So I went to the counter and asked the young man behind the counter what to do. He completely ignore anything I said, I wasn’t aware there was a line until he said next and I looked over. So I walked over and got in line, so when it was my turn, I was unfortunate to get the same young man. He didn’t make eye contact wasn’t polite. Wasn’t anything but rude. Then he said what were you late to your bus. And I said no, the bus was late not me. So then he says I can get you on a **:** bus to San Diego. And he had me sign a piece of paper. And handed me a new departure ticket. No sorry and no politeness still. And I walked away from the counter and as I look at my ticket it says departure time *:** and that’s just ridiculous to say the least. I paid for a ticket to get me to San Diego by *:** maybe a little later. But I received no respect from this young man. And was treated with complete disrespect. So now my family is driving from San Diego to the L.A greyhound terminal to pick me up, cause a six hour layover is absolutely ridiculous. Well I appreciate the time it takes you to read this.
