Julie Thompson ******@***.com***:** PM (* minute ago)*to custserv**Hello,*I wanted to write and discuss getting a refund for our recent bus trip with Greyhound. We were traveling ******** from Austin TX to Sherman Tx. The confirmation number is ********. *When we got on the bus ***** on ******** leaving Dallas at *:**AM with driver Florence Mitchell it was a nightmare. She had no idea where to go, and was reading a piece of paper with directions on it from the start of the trip and driving horrible as a result. This driver had to have me look up directions to where she was going next on my phone stating that if she looked up the directions she would be fired. She stopped dead in the middle of IH ** in the right hand lane yet again when she had missed her exit by ** miles. She then asked another passenger to direct her where to go. Once getting to the first stop, she then again had another passenger give her directions. She also blocked traffic on a * lane road trying to do a U turn when she once again got lost, which was frieghtening. We video taped this part of the trip since it was so unbelievable and completely unsafe. At this point, the driver asked a passenger to use her neon vest and stop traffic on a busy road so she could back up. Totally unsafe. *Your drivers need to be trained, and safe, seeing as they have many people's lives in their hands. More than this, as a customer, I do not want to spend my entire ride giving your driver directions. Absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, I called to get help from your customer service line on the bus while this was happening and was hung up on several times. *I expect a full refund for the tickets for this trip for me and my daughter. I should not have to pay when this is the case. The service was horrible, customer service was horrible, and we had to get off two stops early for fear that the us driver was going to crash. We had to pay over $*** for an Uber to where we were going. Ridiculous. Please get back to me and let me know how I can be refunded for this trip asap. I am absolutely not paying for that kind of service. *I am also on the phone with customer service right now and it is taking them over ** minutes just to report a complaint.
