I am at the bus station in Los Angeles waiting for the *:**am Oakland bus GLI****. It’s almost *am. No official announcement on this bus’ arrival time has been given. There are more than ** people waiting for this SFO*Oakland bus. Someone asked a driver and he casually remarked that we would have to wait until *:**-*:**am. The employees working here are angry and unhelpful. No one is apologetic for this delay and no one hs taken responsibility in providing an ETA and updated estimated arrival time. On the official schedule it doesn’t even show as delayed. No refreshments or condiments have been offered as compensation (as airlines would provide). No hotels either. With no confirmation, how can a local resident leave and return? With no refunds allowed through membership, how can we reschedule? This is wrong
