Hello, **I purchased a one-way ticket for a bus at *pm from Ithaca, NY to Binghamton, NY for today, November *nd. I purchased the ticket from Wanderu.*I chose the option to pick up ticket at station not knowing the bus terminals had been moved in Ithaca and I could not pick up my ticket at this new terminal.*I attempted to retrieve my booking and print out a ticket on the Greyhound website and it said there was no booking found with the confirmation number that was emailed to me by Greyhound. *This made me have to purchase another bus ticket with another company. I now spent money on two bus tickets because unfortunately it wasn’t clear that I could not pick up my ticket at the terminal.*I hope I can be refunded for this purchase as I did not take a Greyhound bus today due to the fact that I couldn’t access a ticket I paid for.**My confirmation number is:***********My email is:******@***.com**Regards,*Vivienne Crowe
