The issue in GetHuman-fouresas's own words
I purchased ticket on-line. The affiliate is not contactable at all let alone in real time. When I started calling to Greyhound the respective Staff were so difficult to understand, but alleged they could only change the date and time. This was not possible because of the need to make the connecting bus from Chicago to Madison for a scheduled interview in Madison. The lady at the Port Authority ticket counter tried to help but didn't know how to make the changes. Her male coworker was still there and was able to walk her through to print the ticket.*We get to Chicago in good time, but we're directed to use the kiosk recognised my reference number but said see agent. Thankful that the kiosk didn't claim I had my tickets, the replacement ticket agent was able to print my second leg from Chicago to Madison. We were in-line waiting eventually told mechanical failure. After boarding then there was a problem with that bus. We got off and After another short wait we reboarded. We are now underway * hours late. I asked for a new time table but the driver was unable to give any idea because he is unfamiliar with the route. We are in heavy traffic so I doubt how he will be able to make up on time. I am afraid to call the hotel because I dont know what to say for the arrival time suppose to check in by **pm now I loose my money for the hotel. Ihave no clue where I can stay I have not been here. This was the first time for travel and the first time booking on - line. * Moreover, why am I going to Milwaukee when the map the ticket affiliate shows going straight from Chicago to Madison. Where the staff seems helpful, it doesn't seem like they are provided enough training, equipment, and staff to do their job. In other instances you need to hire qualified Americans. Stop stealing the spirits of the People for service not able to be provided. I feel it is wrong that I should have to pay for service not received.
