I need a supervisor to talk about my lost luggage that has ended up In Richmond Virginia I took a bus from Kansas City on August **th * Pittsburgh Pennsylvania when I got off the best my bag wasn't there I keep getting the run around from all of you very frustrating and I'm about ready to have a heart attack because I've got high blood pressure you cannot get ahold of anybody at Richmond station and they transfer you over there and they think that's fine that * people tell me that they will send messy a email over to Richmond Virginia and they will call me when my bag is received in Kansas City Missouri I'm sick and tired of messing with you all this is a worst bus right I have ever had and then you go and lose my luggage I need someone to find my luggage and send it to Kansas City Missouri is still a given me the run around
