Thursday the **th of September we booked tickets for the **th for three seniors one is my mom there was a tragedy in the family my mom's sister fell and had a massive stroke she needed to go to Amory Mississippi or somewhere down there but they went to Alabama taking the Greyhound we started to take the Amtrak at this point we wish we had after we had booked the tickets we were told by the supervisor Leah I believe her name was that she could go down there and grab her tickets from the Grand Rapids station well she had to pay to get down to the Grand Rapids station after arriving she was told that people are always told they can get their tickets there and they cannot the truth she had to pick the tickets up in Chicago well we got over that obstacle we got the ticket in Chicago sorry we didn't follow those precursors but when we got to Chicago we register the baggage and waited for the bus and when we got to our destination my mom her brother and nephew who are all senior citizens are there with no luggage
