The issue in GetHuman1345002's own words
I purchased a ticket going to las vegas on **-*-****. I boarded the bus **-*-**** at ** p.m. headed to las vegas i was suppose to arrive in vegas at *:** i arrived *:** the room i reserved at the Excalibur hotel they gave my room to someone else one of the passengers on the bus was kept going in the bathroom smoking marijuana.so the bus was stopped on three different occasions he was allowed to continue riding the bus at which he continued to smoke marijuana on the bus and caused me and the other passengers to miss our route. And we stopped in kansas at McDonald's and leaving kansas the bus driver didn't realize he was leaving a passenger be hind so me and a couple other passengers yelled for the driver to stop the bus and the passenger that was trying to re board the bus took a couple of steps and fell on his face he had a heart attack and died on the right side of the bus. So we had to wait until the state police arrived to do their investigation. As soon as the police leave and the bus pull off the old man returned to the restroom to smoke more marijuana at this time the driver tells the passenger to sit on the front of the bus where he can keep a eye on him. at this point we are two hours behind schedule.eventually we make it to Colorado where the bus breaks down on the side of the highway its close to *:** a.m. in the morning and we sit on the side of the cold dark colorado freeway until *:**am so the bus arrives to pick us up and the window directly behind the bus driver was busted the bus was freezing cold
