The issue in GetHuman-gwensort's own words
i purchased a ticket online for my daughter who is in another state. A few minutes later she called me back to let me know that she cant make that time . I tried to change the time and I will be charged an additional $** i'm already out of $***. I am a disabled person on a fixed income i don't understand the issue with changing the date. It really should say beware of being ripped off for a simple thing its going to cost you. what a shame for this company. I know it wont do any good because policies are policies right so i'm just stuck between a rock and a hard spot. stay rich whoever in charge i hope you find a better way to do your business and stop making poor people feel even more negativity .
