I have a complaint about your service. We came to the Philadelphia greyhound station around *am, our bus was supposed to be at *.**am, the man there told us that there is a delay of two hours. Later when we wanted to leave to buy some coffee because it is cold on the station, we got under the rain and there are no hot beverages inside the station he told us that we can come back only at *am. Before that the station will be closed. Even though it is your fault that there is a delay you keep your clients uncomfortable inside the station. Few days ago we also had a trip from San Diego to LA and there were no working outlets inside the bus. I’m so disappointed with your service. Hope I will never have to use Greyhound again. You should really reconsider you client policy.
