The issue in GetHuman-mcnairn's own words
There really isn’t anything you can do to fix it, you employ them. I am currently on the *am **** from Denver to New York on the **rd of August. The complaint is of your employees, the driver and his ‘comfort seat’ greyhound companion. The drivers are arrogant about their status, talking down to us on the bus. The worst of the issue though is that we just stopped at Hays where the driver got off and was off the bus for ** minutes supposedly going to get other passengers and the other driver in the ‘comfort seat’ told us we weren’t allowed to go off the bus, I don’t smoke, but being told I’m not allowed to step off and get air or stretch my legs. How dare they. I’m so glad I’m going home to Scotland, your greyhound staff are the worst to your companies customers. I certainly won’t use them again, and i will be advising any one who asks about the buses to not use your services. I don’t need nor do I want a reply.
