The issue in GetHuman-ebrownco's own words
I purchase my son a bus ticket leaving from the Greyhound Se station on July **,**** @ *:** a.m. going to Odessa TX. Your employee @ the front desk didn't speak any English therefore she didn't tag my son luggage or instruct him to tag the bag himself. All she instructed him to do was place the bag down.**My son trip included several stops the first stop in San,Antonio TX & the second stop was Big Springs TX . He missed his bus & was left at the Big Springs TX location & his bags was on the bus going to Odessa TX location which was where he was originally suppose to arrive. Long story short his bags were misplace somewhere between the Odessa terminal. He went to the Odessa terminal but was told it was not there. **I called the main bus station in Houston on Main Street & they have not located the bag. I was told to file a claim in which I did. Per your employees & supervisor I was informed that more than likely he would not be getting reimburse because the luggage didn't come with a baggage claim number which is no fault on my son. My question is why would his claim get denied for the lack of knowledge & negligence on your employee behalf?**Anxiously awaiting a reply.**The customer name is Brandon Nix****-***-**** (cell)
