The issue in GetHuman-creesica's own words
I took the Amtrak from Wisconsin to Chicago and from Chicago I took the Greyhound from Chicago to Detroit. The bus was supposed to pick us up at **:**pm and didn't show up until I think *:**am. The driver picked the couple of us waiting at Union Station. When I went to get on the driver said my luggage was too big and needed to go under the bus. My bus did not have a tag on it... I was supposed to carry it on. The driver insisted it would be fine. Well, when we got to Detroit my bag was gone. I filled out the lost luggage paperwork. I have not received any correspondence from Greyhound. I had my brand new Christian Louboutin's that I hadn't worn yet. My Guess dress w*tags on it brand new....* pairs of jeans from Buckle...a lot more I had to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe. I was told I was going to be compensated for my loss. So why haven't I? I am getting really upset!
