I arrived in Phoenix, az on *******. The driver of ***** that day told p***engers to leave bags on the bus in our seats and we'd be returning to the same bus. When reboarding, I realized the bus had been changed without notification. When I asked to find the bus to look for my bags, they told me no (security and greyhound personnel). I was threatened to be left there if I didn't get on the bus. When I got to every terminal between Phoenix and Tulsa, I continued to ask about my luggage and got no answer. The only answer anyone could give me is, "I don't know, sir" or "there's no way for us to track the bus or your luggage and it should arrive at your final destination eventually". Really? This is the kind of customer service greyhound has? If like to be refunded for my bus ticket and I want compensation for my bags, which will be in the $**** mark. I've filed a police report, because I believe one of your employees have stolen my bags. My apartment keys and car keys are also in one of the bags. I'd like to have this resolved and my bags in hand in less than ** hrs. I don't care how, just find a way like I've been told to find a way. I want greyhound shutdown and put out of service for good. I have always had bad experiences and this is the second time I've had to deal with your horrible customer service and employees. I want to speak with the president of your company and sue. I will represent myself. I don't want to be told anything unless it's about my bags being in Tulsa and ready for me to pick up. I don't want to be told this will take ** days. You have ** hours.
I trust that Greyhound will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
