Booked bus from LA to Tacoma Washington bus broke down just before Fresno. Transferred bus to Sacramento and luggage was lost. Manager at Sacramento was rude and would help in locating the luggage. Was advised to fill out a claim form but was not helpful in the process. Manager caused me to miss the bus to Tacoma. I was stranded in Sacramento had to take a taxi to a hotel. Next day went back to train station and again the manager was rude and not willing to help. I had no choice but to get a taxi to the airport and book a plane to Seattle. Arrived in Seattle and went the Tacoma station and Eddie was very helpful. Told me the bags may arrive the next day. Took my information and told me his co-worker, Shawn would contact me. Checked in with Shawn at *:** in the afternoon and she told me my bags were not there. Went home to gig harbor and received a call from Shawn stating the bags were at the station. Went back to Tacoma to find out my bags were there since *:**am. I am furious and beyond upset. I want my expenses covered as well as my bus fair.
