Ride a bus to Lubbock ... Me and my son booked a trip on Greyhound bus going from Odessa,tx to Lubbock, tx June **th at *** pm..arriving at ****pmu* We arrived at bus station an hour before departure only to soon realize our bus had a big diesel leak. Therefore the bus was parked.* Another bus was NOT scheduled to go to Lubbock for **hrs. My hotel reservations were also ruined bcuz there wasnt a chance for me to cancel the reservation. So more lost money, and not to mention I didn't make an important event.** My ticket is a non-member refundable ticket. I understand I can not receive a refund if I'm at any way at fault. BUT how is it fair for Greyhound to only offer me a **$ refund? I paid ***$. Your truck was leaking diesel fuel from its fuel line. That is beyond dangerous and yet I'm offered less than half of what I paid as a refund, HOW can you treat customers this way. I never even received an apology. Not to mention the money im losing on my hotel reservation.**I believe the least Greyhound can do is reimburse me for my hotel and bus tickets. This is a small thing for a big company and do not forget I was absent from a very important family gathering.* Please call me @ ***-***-**** with any questions. I have pictured also of the women and children being stranded outside without food or water and nowhere to use restroom for * *** hrs bcuz the bus station licks it's doors at * pm. The bus going to Dallas arrived at **:** pm, * hrs late. I could not ride this bus bcuz I was needing a transfer bus in BIGSPRING to LUBBOCK.
I had already paid my hotel in Lubbock and was unable to be there for our family event. That is worth more than money
Refund total trip and hotel I was unable to check in at
Because I paid in full and have yet to get mad at greyhound for not making sure I'm okay
I've spoken to bus station lady and to a couple of greyhound customer service people. They do not care nor did they have a solution to my problem
