Help with my Greyhound issue
It is about *pm in Pittsburgh on June *th. I'm sick and have to cancel trip Pittsburgh to Latrobe Arnold Palmer airport for tomorrow June * with boarding at *am, return from Latrobe Monday June **, boarding at *:**pm. Bought tickets yesterday (I think) June * online and printed out tickets at home. Paid by Visa card. May I have complete refund please?
I trust that Greyhound will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

I called the telephone number given, and they resolved it. The basic problem was that I had neglected to purchase a "flexible" ticket, and so a refund wasn't possible. Next time I'll try to do better! But the people I spoke with were very kind.
