The issue in GetHuman-virgiian's own words
I pick up my purchase ticket at your station in Macon GA at ***pm for my destination to Atlanta... The clerk would not check in my bag for " My insurance and our bus was late to arrive in Atlanta. Once here the driver told me bc of the late bus he would not allowed me to go in to get the tags for my bags.... And by me trying to make sure they have both of my bags.. Would not let me check for my bags..... I have been talking to so rude and the fact that I don't know if I have both of my bags on this bus which one contain all my legal papers... I feel that I should have Not been treated so Rudely and I am the customer who paid in Advance for a ticket and have not been on this bus service not even * hours... My name is Virginia Ferguson and my destination is Conway Arkansas....
