Hello, I have a real emergency back home in NC. Bought a ticket for today from Dallas tx to Ashville NC. Ending up having to refund because of some problems. But didn't realize that it takes * days to get money back on cars when they could have just switched my ticket to the next soonest available bus ticket. I NEED to get home. It was my last bit of money. Can you in any way Help? Keep the money and give me a new ticket? With all respect, I don't have seven days to wait. I so do wish the worker would have told me how many days it would be and that I could have switched ticket for another day.
