Go to work in summerlin town of las vegas to train new hires for DSC logistics So they can go to different locations to work and my son stay with family in law Vegas in same town and Travel back to Chicago from las vegas to go back to work ... when me and my son got delayed for * hours February ** **** we finally reach Flagstaff AZ were the driver was gone left me and three year old outside a closed greyhound bus stop and choose to drop me and son in Phoenix AZ terminal .I went to ticket desk to ask about next bus to Vegas they told me ** hour delay but if I pay ** fee person. To get on bus that leaves in * hours. And I ask why do I have to pay and it wasn't my fault for missing the regular schedule Bus .Greyhound replied if u get another ticket its ** fee per person and said that's they policy so I had no choice but to pay the fees for me and son or have my *year old ** hours in a busstation bus so finally departed and arrived march * **** at **pm to las Vegas and I suppose to been a work On saturday March * **** *am to *am I got wrote up for that day. And Sunday I got wrote up from my job for showing up almost * hours late due to delay almost cost me my job so Traveing back to Chicago from las Vegas and we get stuck in Utah me and my * year old for more than **hrs but was giving hotel room that I had to share with a total stranger and it had my *year old scared and he wouldn't sleep thru the night he wouldn't use bathroom and wet his self in bed. I finally got my carry on luggage back with my wallet money 'son birth certificate and our * tickets and luggage claim tickets as well .The baggage handler took my luggage wit tickets on them outside the bus terminal. In location so I sat my unticketed carry on bags next to ATM machine with my phone number on food bag so I went outside to walk son around for couple hours the time was **** pm April ** **** and lady at desk told me bus is delayed to *:**pm but originally was suppose to be *:** pm ,so the bag handler called my phone and said he moved my things away from ATM machince so replied "do I have to come get my carry on bags" he replied no there fine I just moved they away from machine so ask was he sure he replied yes so I hung up and I saw bus leave at *** not thinking mines because the lady said delayed so I started head back to terminal thinking something wrong me and my son head inside couldn't find carry on bags I had to get our ticket out to ask about bus arrival so I ask a driver bout the bus to Chicago. I called bag handler. Back on my phone and he said the bus just left the bags that was there by machine was loaded I told him that was my carry on bags that on had my address and phone number and my wallet and tickets and son birth certificate. He said is gone and head to Utah and my things could b held for me and our first * hour delay to get on bus to get to Utah finally get there then everything went wrong.my son car seat was departed from my luggage.
No I wasted my money bcuz I lost my job too many write ups. Due to attendance and I'm a trainer from different job site and a different state my self this was my only source of income and greyhound lost my son car seati waited * hours and carseat is missing my son couldn't go home til my wife left me and son at bustation and we ** mins away to buy another car seat to get home
If I can get a refund for me and my son round trip tickets .My job policy has no exceptions. On attentance and tardinessand I think we deserve the refund for extra extra time consuming and lost of income due to situation
