Refund my ticket ... The bus station I used was Salina Kansas. They said the we're to small to give refunds. The manager there said I could get refund if I took it to Ohio with me and went to a bigger terminal. The man said he couldn't give me a refund because it was a print at home ticket. But it wasn't I received the ticket at the bus station.I have to get the refund quickly because I rented a car and the only money I have to get home on is in the ticket pretty much. The manager at the first grey hound said I'd be fine and receive a refund . But I tried calling Greyhound they want you to postal service mail the ticket with a request of refund . I have to head home in an couple days I don't have time.

I waited at the bus station for three hours and the bus still wasn't there. I had heard the bus drivers talking about how it might even show up to *-* late. I had to be in Ohio before it was to late to get a ride. Youngstown is not a city to walk around in at night.after waiting the three hours and no bus I ended up finding an expensive car to rent and got it delivered to bus station and everything and the bus still wasn't there.

Just my refund. I understand you can't control weather. But there was still more of the winter storm to drive thru and it was already that far behind and I had to get to Ohio. I was trying to get the refund before the bus arrived but that terminal is a McDonald's and does not do refunds.
