I don't not have my log in info. I do not have the card number to verify my identity. I don't have the same address. I keep calling I can't get an actual person on the phone. I received one email that didn't help they said something about a new email and phone number prompt which never shows up. It's keeps asking for a card number I don't have ive called many times and I've sent several emails. And no one is trying to give me any help
