Hello, I have two different accounts with you guys and for some reason one of them has been closed. It was the one where I received my direct deposit and I cannot access it now. My name is Danielle Gratchen, social ***-**-****, birthdate **********, the particular account I’m speaking of the last four of the card number is ****. I should have received my check today like I have for the last several years and it is just closed. The money didn’t go to my other account. I kept this account open simply for the direct deposit and to pay a couple bills I had set up for bank draft, I usually transferred the rest to my other account since I misplaced the debit card about a year ago. I’m able to look at my transactions online and it’s doesn’t show it received my check today so where did it go? Please help to resolve this issue, if it needs to stay closed that’s fine but I would have liked a notice so I could have set it up for the other account.
