I bought a Green Dot reloadable card on August 23 from my local Food Lion, adding $75 to it. Despite having the purchase and activation receipts, when I tried to use the card, it showed as invalid. I have attempted to register it through phone, website, and the Green Dot app, all resulting in the same error. I am requesting assistance to activate this card, transfer the $75 to another card, or receive a refund for the initial $75 and the $1.95 card fee. The card number is 4[redacted] 2[redacted]. I started having issues with Google locking me out and requiring security checks. After disabling all Google apps, I could access eBay without security checks. I deleted my Gmail account but have LifeLock monitoring. I decided not to use my Bank of America card online. Instead, I purchased a cash back reload card with $[redacted] at Albertsons. Unfortunately, when I tried to load the card, I was told I couldn't use it at ATMs or reload it. A person assured me I could shop online, but the card didn't work. Now I have $70 on the card that I can't access. The card advertised cash reloads and ATMs, which is why I bought it. I want a refund for the remaining balance on the card that I can't use.

I made a reservation through Priceline on August 22nd, but it got canceled the same day. Priceline refunded $61, however, I've been struggling to get the money back into my account since then. I contacted Green multiple times and even had a conference call with both Priceline and Green to provide an authorization code to prove that no money was withdrawn from my account. They insist I wait until September 4th, which is frustrating because I need the funds. I've exhausted all options, but their customer service has been unhelpful and rude. I'm determined to spread awareness of this issue.

I recently relocated from Kennett, MO [redacted] to Carbondale, IL [redacted] due to issues with my sister. During the move, someone in Kennett accessed my mail and activated my card. Despite requesting a check for the remaining balance two weeks ago, I have not received a response after providing all necessary documentation. This situation is urgent as the money is needed to cover my motel expenses. I have contacted Greendot multiple times, and the person in Kennett has my personal information, including my social security number and birthdate. I recently purchased a temporary Green Dot card and loaded amounts totaling $[redacted].00 onto it. Unfortunately, I lost the card and had it deactivated. After waiting over two weeks for a replacement card that never arrived, I have been unsuccessful in getting my funds transferred to my bank account. Despite providing various details to verify my identity as Anthony Murks, including purchase details, social security number, and card balance, I have faced issues due to an address mismatch. I demand an immediate transfer of my funds to my bank account. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action against Green Dot for the inconvenience caused. I urgently need assistance with a significant issue involving Facebook Payments. My brother, Ismael Salas, sent me $75 via Facebook Pay, but there seems to be a discrepancy with the linked card. The payment was apparently sent to a bank account associated with a card ending in [redacted], and I have no recollection of this card. After persistent efforts, I managed to reach out to the CEO of Facebook, who provided me with the BIN number for the card, which is [redacted], indicating it is a valid Visa Classic level Greendot card. I lost my debit card and was expecting a replacement by August 31. However, the card did not arrive, and now they are saying I will get it by September 2. Today is already September 2, and I still do not have the card. I urgently need access to my funds to transfer them to another account, especially before my upcoming surgery. The situation is critical, but the company is not providing clear answers and keeps changing the expected delivery date.

As a small business owner impacted by covid-19, my business suffered a significant blow. When my loan was disbursed to my Turbotax Intuit Greendot card, I felt immense relief, only to have it snatched away by Greendot when they blocked my card. Despite sending my identification and loan documents as requested, my card remained blocked after 48 hours. Despite multiple frustrating phone calls with inconsistent representatives, my issue persisted. Some reps claimed not to have received my documents, while others cited clarity issues or requested additional paperwork like a utility bill. I faced obstacles trying to get my funds back or access my own money for a month now. The lack of resolution from Greendot is unacceptable, and it has left me unable to fulfill my loan repayments and pay my employees on time. Greendot, please return my funds or unblock my card promptly.

Someone obtained two additional cards using my name and social security number and changed my email address to one I cannot access. They then transferred funds to these unauthorized cards. Customer support refused to return the money on the other cards, claiming I never received them. They warned that if I dispute the charges, they would freeze my account. To receive a refund check for the remaining $[redacted] in my original account, I need to provide photos. Due to a long waiting period at the DMV to replace my lost ID due to flooding in Virginia, I cannot access it. If they freeze my account, I will not be able to pay rent and utilities, facing eviction and power disconnection. They won't allow me to dispute these transactions in the future, totaling almost $5,[redacted]. What should I do?

I have purchased two Green Dot debit cards in the last two days, but I have been unable to activate either card. The system says the cards are not registered. I was informed by Green Dot that all my funds would be transferred to one card, but I have not received anything yet. I have tried to activate the cards multiple times, but it keeps showing that they are not registered. This issue has caused me a lot of trouble as I am handicapped and on a fixed income. The store manager also faced the same problem when trying to help me. I have both receipts and need assistance to consolidate my funds onto one card. I have bought two G Dot cards in the past two days for $80. G Dot says the cards are not usable. I have been on the phone for 7 hours yesterday and have not gotten anything straight. I have both receipts for purchasing both cards, but they won't allow me to use either one. I called G Dot in September [redacted] to let them know I had left a card at a store where I got gas, but I haven't received anything from them. There are several hundred dollars that I have no access to. I need access to my cards I bought from G Dot. I am handicapped, on a fixed income, and I need to use my own money. After 7 hours yesterday and speaking with the store manager today, I have had no success. If this is related to the card I reported in September [redacted], please allow me to have access to the money from all cards I've used in the past few years, consolidate all the funds onto one of the two cards I bought yesterday, and put everything together so I can use my own money. I noticed that you showed the card I reported in September [redacted], but I have bought several cards since then without any issues. I can provide my PIN numbers for confirmation on all cards.

I am frustrated with the ongoing issues I have had for the last three days with Green Dot. I purchased two Green Dot cards recently, but have been unable to use either of them. Despite reporting a lost card back in September [redacted] and being promised a replacement, I never received it. I have receipts for both cards I purchased recently but have not been able to activate them. I have my routing and direct deposit number, but I am missing the account number. I never received confirmation of funds being added or deposited by the Arizona unemployment office or my PEUC. I am kind of concerned about this situation, especially since GEICO just charged me $[redacted] for a 6-month policy. I'm trying to verify the authenticity of my Greendot Platinum Card. After experiencing issues with a customer service number that had incorrect information provided by staff in New York, I discovered that when entering my card number, date of birth, or social security number online, it shows "No Account Found." Despite this, my secured card is functioning properly. I have faced problems in the past with my Greendot account information being redirected by hackers to fraudulent call centers.

I am having trouble registering my Green Dot card as the system claims it is invalid. I reached out for assistance via Facebook chat and was assigned ticket number [redacted]8. I provided images of the front and back of the card, the error message received during registration, and the purchase receipt. Despite also emailing and attempting to call customer service for help, these avenues yielded no solutions. I've been experiencing issues with double charges from Planet Fitness, as well as random monthly charges that do not seem related to my bill. I have a transaction history dating back to February, and when I contacted Planet Fitness, they were not able to provide me with any useful information about where my money went. They directed me to ABC Financial for assistance. Since September 8th, when I regained access to my bank account and reviewed past transactions, I have been caught in a frustrating cycle of getting the runaround.

I would like to cancel my Green Dot card. I was scammed by a company (Red Roof Inn) and my employer's payroll helped resolve the issue with the company. However, Green Dot did not investigate within 24 hours and ordered a new card without my consent, putting me in a negative balance due to unauthorized charges. Despite Green Dot's sudden interest in resolving the issue by sending me a new card, it only worsened my situation. Hello, my name is Candice Crowell Brewer. Previously, the direct deposit from Social Security was mistakenly being routed to my account under the name of Candace Crouse in your bank. I have two account numbers, one of which has over $6,[redacted] in it.
