My email was hacked a few months ago. I had no problem with my greendot account. Then a month ago I tried to log in to greendot and was denied. Since then I have called several times even getting a new card sent to me. Now with new card in hand I still can't access my account. There's been over $*** in the vault that I can't touch and a direct deposit that I can't touch. My phone number has changed and I can not get the verification code. Now what?
