I was trying to receive my paycheck on this green dot card so I could get it directly and start paying my bills with it. ... My name is Amanda Adkins, Card * ****-****-****-****. I received my card in the mail today which was perfect because I gave it to my boss for payroll on Monday. Until I tried to register it, it will not allow me to register the card no matter what I do. I want the card I waited for, for a week, this card, ending in ****, to be registered and working now please. I've already given my boss the account information and I want to be able to get my check on this card. I need the card registered now. Please
This was exceptionally frustrating because I ordered this card on my date of hire because they days it was easy and simple and I while receive my card in the mail just in time to put it in the system for payroll so I could receive my check on time. Well I received a non-working card and now I have bills and rent that can't be paid without it.
Registering the card I already have immediately so that I will be added to payroll and I can receive my paycheck this week.
Got friends of mine are loyal customers for several years now, they are very disappointed and really at a loss for words because they recommended green dot highly until I let them know what has happened so far with my experience.
I tried calling every number I found for green dot, also followed every instruction I was given to register including going online, then I also downloaded the app hoping to fix it that way and now I am doing this.
