I transferred *** dollars to my personal account via green dot moneypak at ***pm and the money never transferred. I've called customer service SEVERAL times and was disconnected * times before finally getting an answer. I was told the money was transferred and it would take * hours to show on my card. Well..that was * hours ago and my card is still not showing the transfer. I called your customer service and got a voicemail? This is by far the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. I need to transfer this money asap because I need to purchase concert tickets for THIS WEEKEND. This is ridiculous!!! I am extremely disappointed and just want my $*** either on my card or refunded immediately. I doubt anyone will get back to me since your customer service is terrible. But hey..why not try, right?
