The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

My card was blocked , then I sent you all documents to you. Then your corporate office called back after a week of me trying to get them and they read the award letter wrong and told me my info didn't match. When in fact it did. Then they continued to hold my deposit of ****.** from June *th. They said to have social security fax a letter on their letter head stating they wanted the deposit returned to them. That was over a week ago. Now here we are * almost * weeks later and you still have not sent my money back to social security. I would like to know why . I also would like to know a definite date my money is going to be sent back. Every one has complied with your requests. It is now a legality as you have held my money far too long.
