The issue in GetHuman-brooksg's own words
I was suppose to get my job check on the card and it’s not on there and they said that they can’t get me the money unless y’all send the money back and every time I check my card to see if the money is on there it says *.** and there should be money on their and for reference I will not recommend anyone to you r secrecy because the person I talked to he kept trying to get me rebates and I just wanted to speak to cousomer service and he said that the system is down and I think he was lying to me because I wouldn’t give him a card number for the rebates and I told him I have no money that is why I was calling but he kept saying get your family members card and I said hat I don’t want to do that and he kept trying to get me to do it and I just said I need the number to the cousomer service and the number he gave me said if I needed toll free listings and that is not what I wanted I’m so upset right now because I don’t have my money that is supposed to be on my card. I’m never using green dot ever again.
