I bought a card for my son he's** years of age. Wanted to put it in his name because he likes to buy things online. We activated it with the automated system and they charged us * dollars for a monthly fee also they told us that we would only be able to use the card one time and we wouldn't beable to get a personalized card for some reason. I'm wondering how are you going to charge me a monthly fee with no benefits. I'm very angry and my ** year old wants his money. I have been with greendot for year's and it's awful the way the supervisors in the call center never try to help with simple issues. Not all. But most! I want a full explanation of why I was charged * dollars an can't get a card. And bad customer service they didn't even try to help me just over and over told me what they can't do. Trying to explain anything to them is like pulling teeth. It ***** bad. I Iike green dot but I will move on if I have to. My name is Demell Hamilton ....The card number is ****************. My son name is James Hamilton
