Nellisa Roebuck, I have been trying to talk to a live person for *days now, keep getting automated system, that can't resolve my issue, I tried transferring fipunds from my personal checking account to the French dot card, transfer did not go thru Edith the checking account number and routing number I was issued, then I went to currency exchange and loaded $***.** to green dot card and paid the $*.** fee that was required, when I checked the account this morning I only had $***.** on there to pay for my purchases, I should not have had anything taken off my card, and I've already paid to load it, then my alarm company took their payment of $**.**, so I was charged $*.** for using my own money of which I already paid to put on your card, that is bull **** and unacceptable then I can't get an agent on phone to find out what's going on and I'm spending my money, how do I want it resolved? "I want someone to give me a call "@ either (***)***-**** or (***)***-**** "immediately " "like now" like "asap" concerning my money or i will report this to bbb, and what ever other action is necessary nor will i be using this card again if I can't speak to someone concerning my money
