Get my money back,and fix my account ... Wrong balance,transactions incorrect, I have been hung up on by automated system because of frequent calls and by customer support for an ongoing issue and NO I was not rude. They could care less about their customers. Over * years of using this card,NEVER again.Customer service does not take the time to try to figure out where the transaction is incorrect.Last call I got directly sent to automated questionnaire.What a joke!!! Don't waist time fixing it, where ever the money went ,they can keep it. I am cancelling my account and will be sure to warn people to stay away from Green dot!
Hung up on by People and Automated system for frequent calls about the same issue.I wasn't rude , now I wish I had been!
I wanted my account and money fixed, I will close the account, go where I am appreciated as a customer.
I have used this card for over * years.Loyalty doesn't count for anything anymore.
I called * days in a row, no help, no resolve,given the wrong information.
