The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

Case number **********My name is Cody Talbert my contact number is ***-*** ****. The last for my Green Dot Visa is ****. The last * of my social security number is ****. I made a return on April **th at *:** p.m. at Walmart in Las Vegas Nevada address **** Boulder Highway for the return amount of $*,***.**. I am attaching a copy of the return receipt.**I have sent this email out * times already on **th & **th of April to verifymyD*****@***.com and I still have not heard a word back from anyone and my account has been closed and and I've been told by an automated service that I will no longer be able to get a card through green. The way this is going I don't want one from Green Dot anyways. I just want my $*,*** it's been almost * weeks and I've gotten nowhere. My phone number is listed above and my email is Talbertcw@Gmail.com. I would like a response back today this is gone on long enough any longer I'm going to have to hire an attorney. No thanks for your time because you've wasted plenty of mine!!
