I've been a satisfied continued customer with Great Call*Jitter Bug for over ** years referred by David Inns. Always giving the highest facebook ratings to your company and customer service group.Now, I need help. I recently upgraded from the "flip" to "smart" phone due to technical issues. GC customer rep informed me that my home was too far out of reach to be covered any longer. I didn't believe him and new it was the phone that was the problem. After obtaining the smart phone things seemed fine, until I received calls asking why I didn't respond to their voice mail messages. This was the last week of August ****. I was on my land line phone and my smart cell phone with the call center for just over * straight hours! Your records will verify. Finally problem fixed. I requested my telephone and text calls*message minutes to be reduced to a minimum and put into internet time without changing my monthly payments too much. They assured me the change had taken place , and my monthly bill would increase by not more than $* dollars or so. I've only downloaded free apps that I have not used. I also downloaded Utube and did listen to some music. To my shock and utter surprise my bill this month isn't it's usual just under $**. It's now $***. for the month of August (no past due charges)! .The "call center" seems able to handle usual issues in a courteous manner, however, I need to speak or hear from someone who has the knowledge and authority to look into this issue, and resolve. I cannot afford $***. as a disabled senior citizen. I sincerely don't know what went wrong. Does listening to a few songs hike up my bill this much? My monthly bill is due now. I would like to have this resolved before becoming past due. ** years of paying my required amount due on time. Help! Thank you in advance, Nena Castillo (***) ***-**** Chatsworth, CA *****
