I recently got a new phone and have been struggling to log in. Being in my 70s, I find it hard to understand technology and all the jargon that comes with it. Please, if you can, reach out to me for assistance. My phone number is [redacted]. I go by the name Arthur D. I reside at 8 Cambridge Park in Frankenmuth, MI [redacted]. I'm locked out of my email, which is linked to the American Legion Post [redacted]. I lost access to this email around August or September. Unfortunately, I don't have a backup email, but my wife has a Yahoo account. If needed, I can provide her contact details. I am feeling very frustrated and could really use your guidance. Hi Google Team, I need assistance recovering my account [redacted] Unfortunately, it was hacked by the email [redacted] When I attempt to sign in, it asks for two-step verification. My phone number has been changed, and my recovery email on Yahoo was deleted. Regrettably, my phone was compromised when I installed an APK and connected it to my Google account. I have made numerous attempts to recover it and have finally managed to recall it; however, Google is now requesting authentication via the email I cannot access due to my stolen phone. My ex stole my old phone and accessed my Google account, knowing all my passwords. He also took $25 from my PayPal account and used my security camera app to spy on me and set off the siren while sending me nasty emails. I have changed all my information, but he still gained access to my account. I've contacted the police with no resolution. Just now, I noticed two of his devices logged into my Google account, so I logged them out again and took screenshots as proof. Who can I reach out to for further assistance with this problem?

I keep seeing a message at the top of my email about exceeding storage limits. I have tried resolving this for 2 days. Despite signing up for 200GB for $2.99 a month last night, the issue persists. After deleting numerous documents from Google Drive in "Manage Storage," my storage only reduced slightly from 60.32GB to 59.46GB. I am puzzled by this situation and unsure how to proceed. Why wasn't this alert given earlier? Seeking assistance to address this, thanks.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been experiencing frequent unauthorized access to my account whenever I use the internet at cafes. Someone has created a new email and set it as my recovery email, as well as changing the phone number linked to my account. A fake ID, S. Kirti, with the email [redacted] was recently used to make these changes. Due to internet problems in my area, I am unable to log in to my account, and hackers continue to use it for testing purposes.

I bought a phone at my nearby Walmart on sale. However, upon opening it, I discovered it had child locks from a previous owner, making it difficult to reset. Despite my attempts to reset it from the settings, the child locks persisted. After manually resetting the phone, the expected prompt "Please sign in with your Google account" didn't appear. Instead, it requests signing in with an account that was previously synced to the device.

I recently bought an Xfinity mobile phone, and since then, I've encountered multiple issues. I was prompted to sign in to my email and Google account, which was a new requirement for me. When I tried to verify my Google account online, I kept receiving verification codes on my mobile phone. However, every time I entered the code, it was rejected. My Instagram account was disabled and suspended without a valid reason. I have never engaged in any wrongful behavior. Due to my vulnerabilities as someone who is autistic and mentally disabled, I encountered issues with rogue individuals like Roggy Khan, Adam Rifat, and Rabia. They hacked my account, pretended to be me, and posted inappropriate content in group chats. This behavior goes against the way I have carefully followed Instagram's community guidelines. I cherish my account, as it holds all my photos and memories, and losing it due to their actions would greatly upset me. I implore Instagram to restore my account so I can continue using it responsibly, as I have been doing for a long time.

I am having trouble accessing my computer. When I try to log in on my tablet, it keeps saying my password is incorrect, even though I am sure it is right. I attempted to reset the password, but it claims the number I provided is not registered, even though I have received verification codes on it before. This issue is preventing me from using the services that I pay for, such as my YouTube subscription and Google Drive. I kindly request assistance with either resolving the login problem or canceling both subscriptions. I trust that you would not want to charge me for services I am unable to utilize. I subscribed to Amazon Prime a year ago for £86, but recently £5.99 was debited from my bank account for auto-renewal, which I did not authorize. Google Pay refunded me the £5.99 and claimed they disabled auto-renewal. However, today on 14/12/22, £95 has been taken from my bank account for another year's subscription to Amazon Prime. I have changed my phone and number, and I am unable to remember the password to my Google account to turn off auto-renewal. Contacting Google's customer service has proven challenging. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I have noticed several charges related to smart TVs and Alexa on my bank statement. One of them is from the Roku channel through PayPal on December 14th for $47.58. I couldn't speak to a person when I called, but I need to contact customer service to request refunds for these charges dating back to June/July when I was unwell and my phone was infected with a virus. I am in the process of recovering, and only now realized the extent of these charges and the money spent. It's quite concerning how this charge was processed, and I suspect there are more charges from previous months as well.

I forgot my Gmail password and followed the steps to reset it. I entered my phone number and verification code. When prompted how to sign in, since I couldn't access my own Gmail, I used my husband's account. We entered the verification code he received, but the next day, I got an email stating that the account recovery was canceled, even though I'm signed out of all my Gmail accounts across all my devices.

I recently purchased a Nest Cam Outdoor Battery and I have been attempting to set it up through the Google Home app. Unfortunately, I keep encountering an error message stating, "Some Problem occurred." This issue has persisted for a month. After contacting Google support, they replaced the camera due to a defect. However, even with the replacement camera, I am still facing the same error. The support team has not been able to resolve the issue despite promises to escalate it to a senior agent and provide a follow-up via email. I have not received any further assistance, and it has been a month already. If this matter is not resolved soon, I may have to return the units and request a refund. Dealing with Google products and support has been a frustrating and nightmarish experience for me.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].00 on my account for a Google Pixel 7 128GB that I did not purchase or receive. I informed Google about this fraudulent charge, and it has not been credited back to my account. I would like Google to refund the full amount of $[redacted].00, as this was never authorized by me. This is my second request for this refund, and after checking my account thoroughly, I can confirm that the amount has not been refunded yet.

My name is Earnie Thomas, and I faced an issue with my business phone. I took it for repair and bought a new Samsung phone but didn't update my new number with Google yet. The repair shop couldn't fix my old phone, so I tried to recover my Gmail account but faced login issues. I transferred my old number to the new phone but can't access my account. I enabled two-step verification on my Google account, but I don't have access to that phone number anymore and can't remember my recovery email. I no longer live at the location associated with my account. I am trying to regain access to my Gmail [redacted] by submitting my documents multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I wonder if Google can help me recover my account. Despite numerous requests and providing all the necessary proof, I am still unable to use my account. I purchased a domain for my business website, but it's currently locked or suspended. I received postcards to verify my identity, but the codes provided are not being accepted. I've had this issue since June of this year and I'm unable to make my website publicly active. I paid for two domains, but both are not functioning. I need assistance as someone promised to call me back but never did. I just want my business website up and running, but it's frustrating dealing with these issues.
